So we need all the help we can get

My husband and I have travelled extensively (not to Hong Kong yet) and are looking forward to this stopover in hong Kong on our way to India. We are travelling with 2 girls, 2 and 3yr olds (first time long distance, they both have their freq flier programs started). While we prefer to absorb local culture (and food), with the girls we KNOW it is going to be a different experience. We are staying at the Sheraton Towers (managed to wrangle a suite in main house)

Any advice? We will be visiting the Panda Bears, Victoria Peak, Ocean park (Do they have toddler appropriate area?) Pak Tai temple, tram rides, science museums. My husband is planning to get a sports Jacket made (I have three names Ash Samtani, WW Chan and Sam - still not sure which one he will use - he wants pure virgin wool mid range sports jacket). I have some moedst shopping planned (Burberry jacket).

Any ideas for entertaining the kids are very very very welcome. Both kids like dim sum, but we are a bit wary of eating in the very local places.

We ahve not obtained the Chinese visa - so any otehr options for the knockoff shopping - also maybe some items in pure silk?
