I find AA on 001 tickets now tend to post within 24 hours of the flight, except Sundays. AA on 125 tickets take an extra day. BA flights take 2-3 days. Other airlines are hugely variable, some are quick, some are slow, and some don’t ever post at all. Tier upgrades have always taken 48-72 hours to fully go through after the final flight has posted.
