3 people traveling on one PNR for a domestic flight. I called to apply 3 BXP1 upgrades and meeting services tells me they can apply the upgrades but they need to separate each passenger into his/her own record. MS insists multiple people can’t be upgraded in a single res. I have never heard of that (I understand that is true if pax are ticketed in different cabins). Is this true? I could have sworn I have used BXP1 certs to upgrade multiple passengers in a single res before.
