HH elite benefits have all but disappeared in the US apart from the scripted "We have your Diamond status on file. Thank you for your loyalty". The F&B credit is largely useless, most exec lounges remain closed and will probably never reopen, I never see the 48 hour booking guarantee any more just "Sold Out", and my last upgrade was over a year ago, to a "suite" at a Hampton Inn. I guess there is still the two bottles of water and the Diamond Elite parking spots at some hotels.
