I fly very frequently LCA-VIE-BER (and return) and LCA-MUC/FRA-BER (and return) in business class. At present, I would give LH an average rating of 8/10 on these routes and Austrian 5/10. The food and beverage service on OS is significantly inferior to that of LH. On every 3-hour LCA-VIE flight, OS serves a no-choice vegetarian pasta which is boringly mediocre. The LH flight crews in C are also generally far more friendly and attentive to passenger needs. So the negative reviews of OS are, for me, entirely deserved.
