I'm afraid if the Tier Points don't credit overnight you won't show as Sapphire status and won't get any of the benefits.

Did you submit a missing Avios / Tier points request for partner airlines via BAEC? That is the quickest way to get anything done. If you have done that perhaps try sending a private message to [MENTION=729498]BAMissingAvios[/MENTION] who may be able to help. Doubt it will be solved by tomorrow though
