Currently staying here (again) for 10 days. Hotel is not full and the service level is as always at a very high level. For comparison: I stayed at the JW Marriott Dubai for 12 days with New Year and the service level there is a few grades down compared to the GH. So I am happy to be back at the GH. I received a nice upgrade to a 2 bdr apartment.

Level 5 staff still excellent, they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. Evening offerings are perhaps a bit down compared to a few years back. But you can still have a nice small meal in the evening. However no desserts anymore in the evening. Cocktails however are still free flowing between 18.00 and 19.45.

Pool in Tower 2 is not open anymore for the public. It now has more a decorative function. Which is sad, as it was a great and quiet pool in the past.
