Hi All,

Im currently a ruby member however I earned enough points/flights to move into sapphire. However on the website it has still not credited me my last flight which moves me into the next tier. The thing is I fly again tomorrow morning and I keep being told by BA that it will update but they have been saying this for days now.

Is there anything I can do? This was the sort of flight I went to get silver for but seems pointless now if it never gets credited. Will anyone take pity on me if i speak to staff at the terminal in manchester tomorrow?

FYI I did a HKT-DOH-ARN-LHR routing, and the one that hasnt been credited is DOH-ARN.
