Yes. Except they aren’t using it for all flights. I traveled AKL-ICN Friday and we needed to queue in ZONE B for check-in. Next to us (also in ZONE B) was the flight to Nadi. Only those traveling to Australia were allowed to use the Premium Check-In lounge; they had a sign on the door and sent everyone else away. The explanation was “documents needed to be checked”, which I get, but that doesn’t necessarily explain this decision. They had one Premium lane for each flight. I still queued for about 90min. It was a very slow process and we departed late due to check-in delays.
