What's the worst thing about HHonors? Obviously, in the US right now, the F&B credit is a prime candidate, but more globally, I'm annoyed by the inability to book upgraded rooms using points at anything like a reasonable redemption rate. The premium room reward levels seem to be aimed at elites with more points than they can ever use, making them useless to the rest of us. Of course you can book a standard room and hope for an elite upgrade, but sometimes when travelling with family I reed a guaranteed suite. Over at Marriott, they seem to commonly offer premium rewards at competitive point values, so what's wrong with Hilton?
