If you're boycotting SQ because of the Singapore's government then you could probably Boycott all 3 ME airlines as well. You'll be left with crappy US or European airlines. If that makes you happy, by all means go ahead. Also it's probably a bit OT but regarding the death penalty it is clearly stated everywhere before you arrive in SIN that trafficking drugs carries the death penalty. If you choose to play with Lady luck then you jolly well suffer the consequences. I'm not going to go into the ins and outs of the death penalty.

(Edit: the US still carries out the death penalty too, so looks like you can cross US carriers out too)
