If you like hot dogs why not try the chilean version "el completo".

I have tried completos all over Chile and so far, IMHO, the best are in Dominó (Agustinas 1016, downtown Santiago). The space there is limited and you have to eat standing at "la barra", shoulder to shoulder, but it's worth it! I'm thinking about their completos con palta (with avocado) and freshly made raspberry juice...yum!
