My timeline:
Application submitted GEP Website: 12.12.2021
GES/GOES ID email received from passport Admin: 12.13.2021
GES Application Submission @ Passport Office in India: 12.20.2021
Police Verification at Indian Address: 12.22.2021
Global Entry Conditional Approval Email: 04.29.2022

I was expecting to get the approval only after 12-16 months after reading all forums. But surprised to see the approval in 4 months.
