Interstellar exchanges with AF since yesterday...
I want to purchase a CDG - MEX ticket for end of July in P so I call as usual the "Plateau Affaires" in Lyon who is in charge of my contract.
I have a specific % of discount in P for MEX as I am one of their top client on this destination.
Yesterday, the sales person I got on the phone is giving me a ticket price 1k€ more expensive than the public price explaining me that conditions are different.
I challenged her a little bit and we got back to a normal public price on which my discount % should be applied. She then explained me that she had to check internally as this was a special case with a special discount and that she had to contact P sales manager to confirm what I was saying.
Then, she called me back 2 hours later explaining me that she could not do it right away as P sales manager had to confirm and that it was not listed on my company contract.
I received an email tonight with a new price but the discount % is way lower than my normal agreement.
Of course, it's 6pm already and the "Plateau Affaires" is closed.
I tried to call my sales contact but she's off for 1 week.
I then called the P sales manager (I know from past P exotic experiences...

) to ask her more explanations.
She does not know anything, does not have her laptop and she'll be off for 2 weeks so she suggests me to check with my sales contact...
AF should defintely be too profitable to treat its clients this way...
