..... and the 2 that were IDB.... were on the same PNR, different PNRs, and how many others not bumped were on each PNR.

it sounds like the metal substitution resulted in a recalculation of the manifest given there were other changes - the 2 people "pulled off" the new metal that were not part of ctkathy's entourage
