Help!

The first half of my BAH x2TP holidays this year for both myself and my OH to reach Silver involves a return + 5days car hire to INV from LHR
As have only booked Hire Car, all hotel bookings are personal !!
We were scheduled to depart at 0840 on June 25th on BA1468, however a couple of hours ago received an email, from BA, advising "We're sorry that your upcoming flight to Inverness on Saturday 25 June 2022 has been cancelled".
It did go on to say (i) "We'll do everything we can to get you where you need to be", as well as (ii) "We will be in contact with you to discuss your options"
Note that the return is scheduled for 15:35 on July 1st on BA1471

Questions for those in the know..
i) what is the next flight on 25/6 to INV and does that look to be operating? and is it showing cash fare availability (I guess low bucket??) in CE?
ii) in such situations has any one ever had BA / BAH proactivelty contact them before cancelling the itinerary in totallity?
- my experiences during lockdown was that BAH pretty much went straight to cancel
iii) any intel on the BA1471 on Fri 1st July?

The email did supply the following phone number, +44 (0) 344 493 0787, but I assume calling that will be a lottery??
