Business travel option limits it to one traveler and applies the corporate aligned discount (in this case 10%). This can be booked at ual.com, the app or through corporate booking engine (mine is Concur, and it is synched to website and app). In my case I can only use that for Biz travel, or else I get in trouble.

Break from Business also can be booked online or the app. That discount for me is not quite 10%, but applies to everyone on my reservation (I must be one of the passengers) - thatvis for personal travel
