Just staying here and had one of my worst nights in a Hyatt ever. They are facing problems with their elevators, which make an incredible noise and don’t allow anyone to have a proper sleep. They gave you earplugs but the sound is really incredible. Of course, rooms are old and not on a proper GH standard but the noise makes it one of the worst Hyatt experiences I ever had. They shouldn’t sell rooms in these current conditions, especially with other facilities also not open yet.
We have decided to check out two days earlier and head over to the new Hyatt Regency. At the current conditions, I can’t recommend to stay here even with the grand club being open.
