Yes, in that case you can cancel as per the normal cancellation rules up to 24 hours beforehand subject to deduction of the cancellation fee from the cash to be returned. At the moment you can't do voluntary cancellations online, so unless that changes you would have to call to do the cancellation.
When I called the same flights got quoted with nearly 300 quid higher taxes than online. Thus booked online while on phone and they'll refund my voucher instead. Utterly bizarre.
