As best that I can tell, OP flew AA2402 from SAV to CLT which arrived on time at 740 pm at gate B2. They were connecting to AA 657 which also left from the B concourse. It was scheduled to leave at 8:32 pm which is areasonable connection time at CLT. Looks like there was an aircraft swap - 737 for 737 and the flight left from B16 about 2:07 late.

I call shenanigans by the AA staff on this one. Definitely leaning toward a DBC request.
