Remember that
after all your miles post and your new status is reflected on MP, it will take another day or two for your status to propagate to the reservations system. Once this has been accomplished, you'll need to have your MP number removed and re-entered into your PNRs for your new status to reflect.
I think you might be out of luck for your trip tomorrow, but Friday's may be OK.
