Im about 10 days out from trip, haven’t heard anything from property regarding transport and activities etc
do they normally reach out ?
Normally, you would get an email when you hit the cancellation notice period, normally 14 days or more. If your cancellation period is shorter than that, I'd still guess that 14 days out is probably around when they'd reach out.
Check that your email is correctly noted in the booking, and check your spam folders.
