Madhouse at Schiphol again…

On the way to Paris last Monday we were lucky to use SP lane… so 10 mins iso 2h waiting.
When we came back yesterday afternoon there was a waiting line till far outside to go to security.

As we fly Sunday again (with my bike…) and it seems to get busy again: I wonder, anybody tips & tricks to get inside to the SP lane (and not to wait 2h outside before)? Can Ulti assist here?
