I flew PHX-LAX-LHR-LAX-LAS on a two separate tickets (VS stock for LAX-LHR-LAX; DL stock for PHX-LAX; LAX-LAS) this month, and was granted SkyClub access in both instances at LAX as a PM. They scanned my VS BP both times. The agent both times did have to do some typing so YMMV
