Recent AOC deaths were:

4U: killed because pilots earned LH salaries
XG: TK and LH decided to have only one Sunexpress AOC
VO: used to remove all OS legacy contracts
Swiss Global: ditto for Swiss
WK is still owned by LX, isn't it? So that would be "within the group".

They have 3 AOCs just for Eurowings. 4 if we count Germanwings still. And until recently there was also Walter.

I'm thinking similar things as hugolover. IMO pushing A318 under CLH scope is already skirting the rules. This is outright just replacement.

btw. is Cargo under the same AOC? There's another one. And AeroLogic, if we count it - 50% LH.
