I'm presuming OP, that you booked one seat for yourself, then called to have the EXST (extra seat) booked afterwards, in which case it goes in a separate PNR. It is cross-referenced with your own booking, but can't/won't have your Silver status in, and may not have a seat number assigned yet.
This will resolve itself eventually, but I don't know of anyway to make it happen faster, or for you to know for sure when it's done except at the airport on day of travel.
The other way of booking the EXST is to have it in your own booking at the same time you yourself are booked - but that has to be arranged over the phone in one go. When done this way, it's all in one booking and much easier to manage online once ticketed.
