After banging my head against the wall with the Indian call center for a month I appear to have eventually had a comfort seat issued, thing is although I can see the seat next to me is blocked on MY seating plan, if I try to do a dummy booking as another pax, I can still select that blocked seat! So it doesn't seem to be blocked at all.... Anyone have any experience with comfort seats, I don't know what they've done but it's hardly booked and paid for when another pax can select it!
