Thank you for the replies. I ended up getting a DTW-PHL-DCA-PIT-DTW ticket for $160 (even bought it on the day of travel). I looked into the STL option, but couldn't find US metal for the day I needed. I also thought it would be better to spend a night wherever I ended up (as long as there was a Hyatt at which I could use an FFN) and not take 4 RJ flights in a day.

Anyway, once these miles (and the 2000 bonus miles) post, I will be CP. I owe that all to FT.
