So, I've checked in for the flight.

I made the booking and paid for extras as up-post - I paid for a seat knowing my daughter would go next to me, and I paid for Priority as she won't be bringing her own bag.

A bit later on, I felt I'd be happier if I could pay and confirm her seat as well, but I couldn't, neither the website nor the app would let me.

D-30 I was able to check in, so I did. It wouldn't let me check in my daughter at the time, but I figured that was due to her not having a reserved seat.

Tried to check in today as it is now time for her to do so, and it hasn't delivered me a boarding pass for her, instead it's told me I need to present her documents for a document check.

It's a UK passport, same as mine, so fine for travel to Schengen for 90 days without a visa, and there's no longer any need to present Covid certificates.

We have the same surname, and I'm married to her mother, who also has the same surname, but isn't travelling with us.

What do you think the deal is?
