JetBlue Business Card - no offer
Strange call to cancel a JetBlue Business Card... Apparently they were having computer issues. Every screen the rep needed to see was loading slowly. Rep looked for offers and found none but still had to transfer me to someone else to cancel the card. That person read a bunch of questions off of a script before they would cancel and offered me nothing at all to keep the card. 13 minutes of answering lots of questions just to finally be allowed to cancel the card.
History of this card:
First anniversary: Half of annual fee waived
Second anniversary: Rep said she was canceling, refunded the entire annual fee, then didn't actually cancel it
This year: No offer; closed the account
