Yes, for lounge access and seat selection, if you are booked at a higher fare bucket due to an involuntary change on your ticket, you would still get the lounge and seat restrictions for the original ticket you've paid. Having a "P" fare and being rebooked on a higher fare bucket during an involuntary situation would not come with Al Mourjan access if we omit the OWE status goodwill gesture.
