I had a bulkhead PS on my last trip, and the problem I had was the people behind me seemed to have difficulty getting in and out, which would bug me on an overnight leg.
I prefer the last row, as you won't be reclining directly into anyone. If you're doing bulkhead, you might as well save some $$$ and grab economy bulkhrad or Comfort+ bulkhead - There's typically a two-seater for one of those as well if that matters to you.
