Flew AS 123 4/26/22 SEA-FAI and decided to finally try the Lemon Grass Chicken. It wasn’t bad, but they left the skin on it and it looked like it was poached or boiled? Skin on a boiled/poached chicken thing is the second most unappetizing food I’ve seen. Rice was tasty as was the Bok Choy. However don’t think I’d order again. A poster above said he saw it for another customer who ordered it and he was not impressed with its appearance. Spot on take.
