Landing at 8.30 means you should miss the worst of rush hour. Personally I’d always take the coach, and definitely with bags, but if travelling light then CWS’s option of the train is also good. The coach really isn’t like a city bus service, it’s literally one stop and travels express between the two. They’re also pretty flexible with tickets so if you arrive in time for an earlier one do ask as they’ll usually let you on if they have seats spare.
