Totally agree if it was disclosed anywhere when we were booking, we would have no complaint but it wasn't. I did not originally name property because the property itself was lovely and did not want to give them a bad name. Our issue is with marriott bonvoy. The hotel was the ritz dorado..........
Ritz Carlton Reserve Dorado, not a Ritz, doesn't participate in Bonvoy until 2 weeks ago. It does participate now. Ritz Carlton Reserve is a sub-brand of Ritz Carlton and may not follow Ritz Carlton policies. The same situation with Ritz Carlton Residences which is a sub-brand of Ritz Carlton.
