We recently stayed at a very expensive hotel ...thinking we would earn elite night credits and points as we have done with every other marriott bonvoy hotel we have booked... We are dumbfounded, both by the lack of disclosure in the app, and the fact that marriott is unwilling to fix a problem that even they acknowledge.
