HawaiiO, as mentioned in the other comment, mostly good food that's walkable to get to, and access to trains to go to other places.
Yeouido is an office area, so it's a lot of good restaurants in office buildings, basements of shopping centers near apartment complexes, etc. Pretty dead at night IMO. Like yes, people live there, but they just go home there.
