This place is packed with Elites since the Songkran holidays. As Platinum, I was not able to score a suite upgrade this trip as a lot of fellow elites use their SNA to secure one for their staycations.

Due to popular demand, the Happy Hour at the lounge has been split into two sessions: 5:30 - 7pm and 7:15 - 8:45pm. The service and food options are less impressive this time due to the crowds. Also a lot of people were "camping" with their laptops to secure the coverted window seats prior to the first session.
