I’m having a similar delay. It’s been 11 days since checkout (but not yet 10 business days). I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and it usually posts within a few days. I hadn’t even received the folio after checking out, so I called the hotel this morning to get that. Front Desk person I spoke with blamed the posting delay on Marriott.
Also had a problem earlier this year when the stay and usual points posted, but the promo bonus and elite nights did not. I waited the 10 business days, then called them, and they posted promo credits separately the next day.
