Yikes! That is not good to hear. I have so badly wanted to visit this resort and have cancelled once because of COVID and such. I had my mind set on it to definitely visit.
I will be very curious to hear others feedback as Vietnam slowly opens up. I sure hope your experience is a one off and things get better.
Considering to leave after one night is never a good thing - It would honestly have to be real bad for me to do that and change all of my plans.
