Glad to hear that. And yes, it's very possible that the issues are related to specific carriers and dates of the week.The crowd issue is not with the terminals, but rather with the lack of counter staff to process checkins on peak travel days (typically weekends and holidays) with the added burden of US health forms/covid test checks, checked baggage etc. As we generally travel to/from CUN on peak dates, I have no personal knowledge of the conditions at other times.
I think CUN will be a little better when the pre-flight test/vax requirements are eliminated, as it should then be easy to get a boarding pass through the app and bypass the counters (provided you have no checked baggage).
