used a free day (so I paid $3.10 in taxes) IAD->NYC neighborhood. Grabbed a minivan that wasn't on Aisle, after asking a passing-by employee. Any reason this trip didn't generate 1 Rental Credit?? (what's best tel# to ask for one?)
