Buy RT Ticket because cheaper than One way then cancel return?
Hi BA Gurus,

I have an upcoming itinerary that requires changing my inbound to an earlier date, but changing it will cost thousands as opposed to just throwing away the return, and buying a new RT from the inbound departure and throwing away THAT return portion. I know this used to be something practiced in the past - is it still now? I don't want to get thrown in BA Jail!
