Lounge access in DEL is very difficult now. A large number of lounges shut down so Premium Plaza has to shoulder the load alone. Huge queues and everything - including access at times being restricted to only J pax. Also, which terminal matters.

There is a very average PP Arrivals Lounge in DEL just as you exit T3. If that is still functioning it could be the better option. They had stopped access to international travelers during Covid but I suspect that that restriction has been lifted.
