I was not impressed by my recent stay at the Park Hyatt. True, it was a free award stay, but that shouldn't justify low service standards. My room, which the hotel claims has an Opera house view, only had that view when I leaned out over the balcony and looked left. Also the room, which was newly refurbished, just wasn't that impressive.

Not planning to stay there next time when I'm on a paid stay.
