It will eventually get updated in Delta’s system and your reservation will update accordingly. My experience is that for domestic flights, this generally happens over the next “Schedule Change Saturday.” However for international flights, it can take a couple of weeks. Back when DL dropped their SIN flights in 2019, I had a SIN-NRT flight in J that took almost a month to update. My reservation showed all was well despite the inventory being zeroed out. DL even had issued a press release showing discontinuation of the market, and my date of travel was well after the discontinuation date. I spoke to multiple agents who understood the issue, but couldn’t help until things updated. Then randomly a week or two later I received a phone call overnight with a message from DL apologizing for the inconvenience and informing me my booking had updated and I was rebooked via PVG on MU. So bottom line, it will eventually update. Just keep an eye on it so you can get the flights/seats you want once it does.
