I get about a 10% pass rate on both of my UK passports so if I can get away with it I go straight to the Seek Assistance line, it is hit and miss at LHR if they let me and at BRS they would shoot me they are so strict. At BRS and EXT I get to have a friendly chat with Special Branch about 50% of the time as well.
