I've called Emerald Club asked about this, still wanted to make sure before the trip takes place: Can free days be applied retroactively? e.g. Have upcoming 3 day rental, only have 2 free days available. After earning one more free day, want to call and apply it to the now-completed reservation. I've been told twice now that this is allowed, is it really? If so, National I love you ever so much more...
