Yes so I think this is slightly confused by some of the terminology we have used for the last 2 years. When the Concorde Room was shut, what was the terrace in the Galleries First lounge was reserved for those who would normally have used the Concorde Room - and this was called the Concorde Terrace (or CCT). You will probably have seen a BA agent sat just next to the door to the terrace to check eligibility for people to use that.

Since the CCR has reopened in September last year, the Concorde Terrace is no more and has passed back to use as normal for the Galleries First lounge.

The CCR itself has it's own terrace which forms part of the CCR as a whole. Have a look at this diagram of the CCR. For orientation, the entrance at the top is commonly known as the secret door and near the exit from south fast track, whereas the entrance at the bottom is the one that leads from the lobby area between the CCR and the Galleries First.

You can sit on the terrace if you want, there is seating out there and even dining tables now so you can eat out on the terrace - although you can order and be served food wherever you are in the CCR.

There is a narrow 20m odd long passageway in the far right corner of the terrace in the CCR which leads to the terrace on the Galleries First - however as cws notes this passageway is not for use normally. If you need to go between the GF and CCR you need to go out of the main entrance of the CCR and across to the GF that way.
