Hi, just wondered if it would be possible to board BA16 at Singapore, having booked a GGL (joker) reward rtn LHR-SYD? the passenger has already travelled to AUS and plans have changed and now would ideally fly back from SIN.

Im pretty sure its a single ticket SYD-LON, so that probably causes a major problem for change. There is J class available from SIN the following day, but agent says that space release doesn't work on J, just for D.

Otherwise i will need to get very creative to get the passenger to Sydney for the originally booked flight
